We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Admission Counsellor to join our team in Lucknow. The candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students, handling inquiries, and driving admissions through effective counselling and sales techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents regarding courses and admission processes
Handle inbound and outbound calls/leads
Follow up with potential candidates to convert inquiries into admissions
Maintain accurate records of leads and conversions
Achieve monthly admission targets

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 6 months of experience in sales (mandatory)
Experience in EdTech industry preferred
Strong communication and convincing skills
Target-oriented mindset
