Sales Admission Counsellor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to support student

recruitment efforts in the medical and healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will have

strong communication skills, counselling expertise, and a passion for guiding students toward

successful careers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students for admissions in medical, paramedical, and healthcare

programs.

• Handle both inbound and outbound calls to guide and convert leads into enrollments.

• Provide accurate information regarding courses, career prospects, and admission

procedures.

• Engage with students and professionals (medical, paramedical, and nursing) to

understand their career goals and recommend suitable programs.

• Maintain and update records in the CRM system efficiently.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly admission/sales targets through effective counselling

strategies.

• Prepare and submit regular reports on performance, conversions, and challenges to the

Team Leader.

• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve conversion rates and

processes.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Proven experience in counselling or education sales.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Target-driven with a results-oriented approach.

• Familiarity with CRM tools.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 4 years of experience.
