Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive Admission Counselor to manage the end-to-end student enrollment process. This role combines personalized counseling with active telecalling to convert inquiries into admissions. You will be the primary point of contact for students, guiding them through course selection while meeting monthly recruitment targets.
Key Responsibilities
Active Outreach: Conduct outbound calls to prospective students from provided leads/databases to generate interest.
Student Counseling: Provide detailed information regarding courses, eligibility, fee structures, and career prospects via phone and in-person sessions.
Lead Management: Maintain and update a CRM/database of all leads, ensuring timely follow-ups with "warm" prospects.
Documentation: Assist students with the application process, ensuring all necessary paperwork is collected and verified.
Conversion: Achieve daily talk-time targets and monthly enrollment quotas.
RequirementsCommunication: Excellent verbal and written skills (English and Regional languages).
Experience: 1–3 years in tele-sales, educational counseling, or a similar customer-facing role.
Skills: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills; ability to handle rejection professionally.
