Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel walk-in and online inquiries for aviation courses

• Convert leads into admissions through consistent follow-up

• Meet and exceed monthly sales and admission targets

• Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation

• Maintain proper documentation and records of conversions

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

• Strong communication and target-driven mindset

• Ability to work under deadlines
