Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and confident Admission Counsellor to guide students, manage enquiries, and support the admission process. If you enjoy interacting with people and have good communication skills, we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities
Handle student enquiries through Calls, WhatsApp & Walk-ins.
Explain courses, fees, and career opportunities.
Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
Maintain student records and update enquiry details.
Coordinate with trainers and support daily office operations.
Deliver excellent support to students and parents.
Requirements
Excellent communication in Tamil (Basic English preferred).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Excel).
Positive attitude and customer-friendly approach.
Strong follow-up and convincing skills.
Freshers & Experienced candidates are welcome.
