Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Weekly Off: Any 1 day during the week

Key Responsibilities

Student Counseling
Guide students in selecting suitable courses, universities, and countries based on their academic profile and career goals.
Provide accurate information regarding overseas education opportunities and admission processes.

Lead Management & Follow-Ups

Handle inbound inquiries and conduct outbound follow-up calls.
Convert student inquiries into successful admissions through effective counseling.

Admissions & Conversion

Build strong relationships with students and parents.
Support students throughout the admission journey to ensure successful enrollments.

CRM & Reporting

Maintain accurate student records and regular updates in the CRM system.
Share daily and weekly progress reports with management.

Events & Promotional Activities

Represent Aliff at seminars, education fairs, webinars, and promotional events.
Support marketing and outreach initiatives when required.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 2+ years of experience in Overseas Education Counseling, Telecalling, or Admissions
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
Regional language proficiency is an added advantage
Good knowledge of study abroad destinations and admission procedures
Strong interpersonal, counseling, and conversion skills
Graduate degree or equivalent qualification required
