Job Title: Admission Counsellor
Company: Aakash Educational Services Limited (AESL)

Job Description:

Counsel students and parents about Aakash courses (NEET, JEE, Foundation, etc.).
Handle walk-ins, calls, and leads to drive admissions.
Explain course details, fees, scholarships, and admission process.
Follow up with prospective students and achieve monthly admission targets.
Maintain CRM records and provide excellent customer service.

Eligibility:

Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in Admission Counselling, Education Sales, or B2C Sales.
Strong communication, counselling, and sales skills.
Proficiency in English and the local language is preferred.

🕒 Working Hours

6 days a week (weekends usually working)
Rotational weekly off
