Job Description

.Handling counselling via multiple channels including telephone calls, chats, emails.In addition, assist in the conversion process of leads generated from different sources to prospective admission seekers for the courses offered by the University.

· Provide comprehensive counseling to the learners

· Any other work / responsibility as assigned by the Reporting Manager from time to time.

Previous experience working as a counsellor in an education institute preferred

Skills & Abilities:

· Good English and Hindi language ability

· Ability to speak clearly and articulately

· Some amount of Computer knowledg
