The Admission Counsellor will serve as the first point of contact for prospective parents and students. The role demands a professional who can communicate persuasively, build trust, and present the school’s vision, curriculum, and values with clarity and confidence.
Respond promptly and professionally to admission inquiries received via phone, email, walk-ins, and digital platforms.
Conduct personalized school tours and orientation sessions for prospective families.
Provide comprehensive information on academic programs, co-curricular activities, and school culture.
Counsel parents and students to support decision-making regarding admission.
Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and admission status in the school’s database/CRM system.
Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to ensure seamless admission processes.
Participate in and organize admission events such as open houses, career fairs, and parent interaction sessions.
Achieve admission targets while maintaining a strong focus on relationship management and service excellence.
Graduate/Post-Graduate in any discipline (Education, Marketing, or Communication preferred).
Exceptional command of English—both written and spoken.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse stakeholders.
Excellent presentation and persuasion skills.
Prior experience in admissions, academic counselling, or customer engagement roles will be an advantage.
Tech-savvy with working knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
