1. Lead Generation & Sales
Identify and connect with potential educational institutes, training centers, and skill development organizations across the assigned territory
Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals
Present company services, project offerings, and government scheme benefits to prospective clients
Convert leads into confirmed clients through structured follow-ups and relationship building
2. Client Relationship Management
Maintain and nurture strong relationships with onboarded clients and institute partners
Act as the primary point of contact for all client queries, requirements, and coordination
Ensure timely communication and regular follow-ups with clients throughout the project lifecycle
3. Project Execution & Setup
Execute end-to-end project implementation at the institute/training center level
Coordinate and oversee the complete setup of the project including infrastructure, documentation, and onboarding of institutes
Ensure all project activities are carried out as per government guidelines, timelines, and quality standards
4. Training Monitoring & Inspection
Monitor ongoing training activities at assigned institutes and training centers
Conduct regular field visits for inspection, quality checks, and compliance verification
Coordinate with trainers, institutes, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely execution of training programs
5. Biometric / Attendance Execution
Oversee the installation, setup, and operation of biometric and attendance systems at project centers
Ensure accurate and timely attendance recording of students/trainees as per government and project requirements
Resolve any technical or operational issues related to biometric systems in coordination with the technical team
6. Reporting & Documentation
Submit accurate and timely Daily Status Reports (DSR) reflecting field activities, lead status, project updates, and pending follow-ups
Maintain proper documentation of client agreements, project records, attendance data, and inspection reports
Prepare and share MIS reports with the Reporting Manager on a regular basis
Key Skills Required
Strong field sales, lead generation, and client conversion skills
Ability to manage and execute projects independently on the ground
Good understanding of government skill development schemes and project operations (preferred)
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS preparation, and documentation
Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory — mandatory
Self-driven, accountable, and capable of working with minimal supervision
Qualification & Experience
Graduate in any discipline (MBA / BBA preferred)
1–2 Years of experience in Field Sales, Channel Sales, Education Sales, or Project Execution
Must have a bike
Must be Male Age: 18 - 35
Experience in skill development, government projects, or education sector shall be an added advantage
