What You'll Do Manage and oversee the centralized mailbox for APAC accounts, ensuring timely and professional responses to client inquiries and maintaining service excellence standards Serve as the primary point of contact for portfolio accounts across the APAC region, building and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions and resolve complex account issues, ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal departments Monitor account performance metrics and provide regular updates to leadership, identifying opportunities for growth and process improvements within the portfolio What We're Looking For Minimum 5+ years of overall experience. The role will require working during Australia or Singapore timezone. Experience in the business travel industry is preferred, with knowledge of travel management solutions, corporate travel policies, or related business travel processes Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse stakeholders at all organizational levels Should have the ability to address issues, concerns, escalations & difficult client conversations via emails.
