What You'll Do on a Typical Day Partner with enterprise clients across multiple geographic markets to understand their travel needs and develop customized solutions Conduct discovery calls and strategy sessions with C-suite stakeholders to identify business objectives and travel program opportunities Develop and present compelling business cases, ROI analyses, and formal proposals to prospective and existing accounts Negotiate contract terms and service agreements to secure favorable outcomes for both parties Collaborate with internal teams to design and optimize comprehensive multi-market travel programs Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to advise clients on strategic travel program optimization and identify upsell opportunities What We're Looking For Proven track record of negotiating complex, multi-party enterprise agreements and closing deals with large accounts Demonstrated ability to manage large, multi-stakeholder accounts with complex needs across multiple geographic regions Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation abilities with the capacity to influence at all organizational levels Comprehensive understanding of US, European, Asia Pacific, and Latin America travel markets and industry best practices Talent for translating intricate systems and market dynamics into clear, actionable recommendations for clients Strong collaborator with a solutions-focused, can-do attitude who thrives in dynamic, ambiguous environments while maintaining ethical standards Location Gurgaon, India The #TeamGBT Experience Work and life: Find your happy medium at Amex GBT.
