We are alsodistributing loans to these partners via our ‘Paytm for Business’ App. Role Overview We are looking for a high-performing Hunter Account Director to drive net-new enterprisebusiness for Pi Commerce. This is a pure hunting role focused on acquiring large enterpriselogos, owning complex sales cycles, and driving revenue growth. You will work at the intersection of AI, SaaS, and customer engagement, positioning adifferentiated platform to CXOs across industries. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end enterprise sales cycle – from prospecting and discovery to negotiation andclosure Drive new logo acquisition across large enterprises (BFSI, Retail, Telecom, Healthcare, etc.) Build and manage a strong pipeline through outbound hunting, networking, and strategicaccount mapping Lead CXO-level conversations, optical/articulating value propositions around AI-ledcustomer engagement Conduct deep discovery to understand customer challenges across engagement, retention,and communication systems Collaborable with Pre-Sales, Product, and Solutions teams to design tailored solutions anddemos Lead RFP/RFQ responses, proposal development, and commercial negotiations Position Pi Commerce as a strategic transformation platform, not just a messaging orcampaign tool Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and CRM updates Represent Paytm at industry events, client meetings, and strategic forums What We’re Looking For 8–15 years of experience in Enterprise SaaS / CPaaS / MarTech / AI platform sales Proven track record of closing large, complex enterprise deals (multi-stakeholder, longsales cycles) Strong hunter mindset with demonstrated success in new business acquisition Experience engaging with CXOs, business heads, and digital/marketing leaders Ability to sell consultatively, translating business problems into technology-led solutions Strong commercial acumen with expertise in deal structuring and negotiations Comfort working in fast-paced, high-growth environments Why Join This Role Be part of a high-growth, strategic business within Paytm Sell a category-defining AI-led engagement platform Opportunity to work on large enterprise transformations High visibility role with direct impact on revenue and market expansion Experience Level Executive Level
