Job Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our EdTech sales team. The ideal candidate will handle the full sales cycle—from lead generation to closing admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Contact and counsel students and working professionals regarding training/certification programs
• Convert leads to admissions through follow-ups and persuasive communication
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and social media
• Track leads, interactions, and progress using CRM tools
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets
• Share regular performance updates
Language Requirements:
• Good command of English (mandatory)
• Fluency in any one of the following: Marathi, Bengali, Odia, Assamese, Tamil, or Telugu
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree (in any field)
• Minimum 6 months of sales experience (EdTech experience is a bonus)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Familiarity with CRM tools preferred
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
Requirements:
• Laptop and Android smartphone (mandatory)
• Comfortable with tele calling and target-based roles
