Job Role-

• Advise students on academic planning, course selection, degree requirements, and career pathways.

• Develop individualized academic plans based on student goals, academic performance, and institutional policies.

• Assist students facing academic challenges, including probation or suspension, and recommend action plans for improvement.

• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate advising records.

• Provide support for students transitioning into higher education, including orientation sessions.

• Collaborate with faculty, department heads, and administrative staff to ensure student needs are met.

• Conduct workshops and information sessions on academic skills, goal-setting, and time management.

• Refer students to appropriate campus resources (e.g., tutoring, mental health, financial aid)
