Key Responsibilities

* Counseling & Sales: Manage inbound/outbound inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and email to guide prospective students.

* Admissions Support: Explain curriculum value, eligibility, and career benefits to drive program enrollments.

* Pipeline Management: Maintain structured follow-ups with qualified leads to convert them into admissions.

* CRM & Tracking: Record student interactions, track pipeline stages, and update enrollment statuses.

* Collaboration: Assist marketing and academic teams during promotional webinars and information events.

Requirements & Skills

* Experience: 1–3 years in EdTech sales, academic counseling, or B2C advisory roles.

* Languages: Fluency in English and Hindi.

* Tech Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools.

* Mindset: Target-driven with strong discipline in lead follow-ups.
