Role Overview:
The Academy Counselor will support students and parents by providing course information, guiding them through academic choices, and assisting in admission processes. The role involves communication, counseling, maintaining student records, and ensuring a positive experience for all learners.
Provide clear information about courses, training programs, and admission procedures.
Understand student needs and help them select the right academic pathway.
Handle incoming inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
Maintain accurate student data and follow up with potential candidates.
Assist in organizing orientation programs, webinars, and academic events.
Support the admissions team in lead management and enrollment.
Ensure excellent student service and build good relationships with parents.
Work closely with trainers and management to ensure smooth student onboarding.
Good communication skills (English + local language)
Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office, and CRM tools (training provided)
Listening ability & problem-solving attitude
Positive personality, patience & willingness to learn
Team player with enthusiasm for student development
Any degree (Education, Psychology, HR, or related fields preferred)
