Job Location: Solapur
We are looking for Junior Academic Managers who are excited to be part of a fast-paced, high-intensity work environment and work closely with Delivery Leaders. This role is integral to our mission of transforming the way learning is delivered by expanding from the current partner schools to a much larger network in the coming years.
Manage and drive Implementation Managers (IM) and Training Managers (TM) to achieve business goals.
Handle client escalations and provide timely solutions.
Ensure renewals of all schools assigned to IMs and TMs.
Follow up with schools for on-time payment collections.
Drive parent awareness on the curriculum and methodology.
Conduct periodic school visits and report progress to school management on children, teachers, and overall implementation.
Review and approve monthly reports generated by IMs and TMs before submission to school management.
Analyze reports and assessments, suggesting corrective actions when required.
Support teachers in identifying areas of development and improvement in children.
Guide school management for successful curriculum implementation.
Graduate/post-graduate (degree in Education/Early Childhood Education/Human Development preferred).
3–7 years of experience in sales, training, or delivery (post-sales support), preferably from the service industry.
Multilingual: Fluency in English (spoken and written) and proficiency in the local language (mandatory).
Willingness to travel.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Google Docs.
Interest in building a career in Early Childhood Education.
Prior exposure to working with young children (personal or professional) is an added advantage.
