Student Counseling & Admissions
Counsel students and parents regarding various courses offered by The Prayas India.
Understand student requirements and suggest suitable courses/programs.
Explain course structure, batch details, fee structure, scholarship opportunities, and career prospects.
Convert walk-ins, inbound calls, website inquiries, and social media leads into admissions.
Maintain strong follow-up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
Lead Management
Handle leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, seminars, webinars, and educational events.
Maintain proper records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in CRM or admission software.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Relationship Management
Build trust and long-term relationships with students and parents.
Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding of students.
Support students with documentation, enrollment process, and batch allocation.
Promotional Activities
Participate in seminars, education fairs, webinars, and counseling events organized by The Prayas India.
Promote courses through telecalling, social media interactions, and referral networks.
Support franchise centers and branch teams in admission activities when required.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and convincing skills in English, Hindi, and regional language preferred.
Strong interpersonal and counseling abilities.
Ability to handle sales targets and pressure positively.
Basic knowledge of competitive exams and higher education landscape.
Good computer and CRM handling skills.
Energetic, presentable, and student-friendly personality.
