Key Responsibilities
Counsel students regarding suitable IT courses and career paths.
Understand students' career goals and recommend appropriate programs.
Handle inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and other channels.
Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into enrollments.
Explain course structure, fees, training benefits, internships, and placement assistance.
Maintain regular follow-ups and student records.
Achieve monthly admission/enrollment targets.
Build positive relationships with students and parents.
Requirements
Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident in handling student/parent conversations.
Good convincing and counselling skills.
Basic knowledge of IT courses and career opportunities is an advantage.
Freshers with strong communication skills can apply.
Prior experience in academic counselling, education sales, or tele-calling will be preferred.
Salary: ₹12,000–₹17,000/month, based on experience and skills
