Experience: Min 1 year experience in EdTech Sales/Academic counselor

Shift: Day Shift Rotational

Working Days: 6 Days

Qualification: Graduate

Candidates should be fluent in English.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to potential students through calls, emails, or chat to introduce academic programs, courses, or services.

• Engage in consultative sales, understanding the academic needs of students and matching them with the most suitable educational programs.

• Conduct product demonstrations, webinars, and information sessions for prospective students and parents.

• Convert leads into enrolled students through persuasive and consultative sales tactics.

• Provide personalized academic counseling to students based on their interests, career goals, and academic background.

Skills:

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to build rapport and understand the needs of students and parents.

• Consultative sales approach with the ability to understand educational requirements and match them with suitable programs.

• Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.

• Knowledge of educational systems, courses, and the academic counseling process.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
