Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Academic Telecaller to connect with prospective students, explain course highlights, generate interest, and transfer qualified leads to the Senior Counsellor team for final admission closure. Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents

Responsibilities

Explain institute courses, key benefits, and career opportunities clearly
Identify interested candidates and warm transfer them to Senior Counsellors
Maintain call logs, lead records, and follow-up details
Handle basic inquiries and guide students professionally
Meet daily/weekly calling and lead-transfer targets

Requirements

0-1 year of experience in telecalling / academic counselling / sales preferred
Excellent English communication, convincing ability & confident personality
Ability to engage students and build interest in programs
