Academic Counsellor

We are looking for an academic counselor to join our team at WONK. The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers ₹32000 - ₹35000 and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talk to parents on phone calls (both incoming and outgoing) and help them understand our tutoring services

• Listen to what the child needs in academics and suggest the right tutoring program

• Build comfort and trust with parents by explaining things clearly and answering questions patiently

• Encourage parents to enroll by communicating well and helping them make decisions

• Keep clear notes of every call, follow-up, and parent conversation

• Work with the academic and operations teams to make sure students start their classes smoothly

• Meet your monthly counselling and enrollment goals.

Job Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in counseling, inside sales, or EdTech roles.

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, with the ability to connect empathetically with parents.

• Strong understanding of student learning needs and a solution-oriented approach.

• Target-driven, self-motivated, and a collaborative team player.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 4 years of experience.
