Job Description

We are looking for a Career Counsellor to join our team at Pro Skills Center (PSC).
The role focuses on counselling students, handling inquiries, achieving admission targets, and ensuring a positive student experience. The position offers an attractive in-hand salary with performance-based incentives and strong opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents regarding job-oriented courses and career paths.
Handle walk-in inquiries, calls, and online leads effectively.
Build strong, professional relationships with students through regular follow-ups.
Promote courses and training programs based on student needs and interests.
Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to ensure smooth admissions.
Maintain inquiry records and provide regular feedback to the management team.
Plan, manage, and conduct seminars and be a confident, professional speaker to clearly explain course details to students and parents.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduation (any stream) with 0–2 years of experience in counselling, sales, or education (freshers may apply). Strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to convince and close admissions, basic computer knowledge, and a student-centric approach are essential for this role.
