About the Role:
BCRI is looking for a dynamic and motivated Course Coordinator who will be responsible for handling student enquiries, conducting tele-calling, and converting leads into admissions. This is a front-line role that blends academic counselling with inside sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls and follow up on course enquiries

• Provide detailed information about our clinical research and healthcare training programs

• Counsel students and professionals to help them choose the right course

• Maintain CRM records and follow up with prospects regularly

• Support admission and onboarding process

Requirements:

• Experience in academic sales or student counselling preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Familiarity with CRM or tele-calling tools is a plus

• Candidates staying near HSR Layout preferred

Work Schedule:
🗓 Monday to Saturday
🕘 Full-time | Work from Office (HSR Layout)
