🔹 Connect warmly with prospective HSC-passed students through proactive calls.
🔹 Identify and understand each student’s aspirations to provide personalized guidance.
🔹 Explain undergraduate and postgraduate courses, including eligibility, career paths, and opportunities.
🔹 Build trust and rapport by addressing student and parent queries with patience and clarity.
🔹 Follow up consistently to nurture interest and convert inquiries into applications.
🔹 Guide & encourage students & parents to visit partner institutions such as Garware, Modern etc.
🔹 Maintain accurate records of all interactions and updates within the CRM system.
🔹 Achieve daily targets for calls and lead conversions through meaningful and high-quality engagement.
