Key Responsibility -
Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach
Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business
Present and demonstrate products/services to prospective clients
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to optimize lead conversion
Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner
Roles & Responsibilites -
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Proven experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or similar role
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
