Job Description

Academic Counsellor (Online Degree Programs – UG/PG)

We are looking for an Academic Counsellor with experience in counseling for online UG & PG degree programs to guide students and working professionals in choosing the right academic path.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel prospective students via calls, WhatsApp, and email
Understand student goals and recommend suitable UG/PG programs (MBA, BBA, Data Science, etc.)
Handle the complete journey from first interaction to final enrollment
Follow up with leads, resolve queries, and handle objections effectively
Maintain accurate lead data and track progress in CRM
Achieve monthly enrollment and conversion targets

Requirements

6 months – 4 years of experience in EdTech / Education Counseling / Degree Sales
Hands-on experience in counseling for online or regular university degree programs
Strong communication and convincing skills
Target-driven mindset with good follow-up ability
Basic understanding of UGC-approved universities and online degree ecosystem
