Key Responsibilities:

Provide detailed information about courses, eligibility criteria, admission procedures, fees, and timelines
Address student queries through in-person meetings, phone calls, and digital communication channels
Assist students throughout the admission process, from initial enquiry to enrollment
Maintain accurate student records and follow up with prospective candidates
Offer ongoing academic guidance and support to ensure student satisfaction and retention
Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to ensure smooth admissions and student services
