Key Responsibilities:
Student Counseling
Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions (walk-in, telephonic, or online) to understand students’ language learning goals, proficiency levels, and availability.
Recommend appropriate courses (beginner, intermediate, advanced, exam preparation, corporate training, etc.) based on student needs.
Admission & Enrollment
Guide students through the admission process, including filling out application forms, submission of documents, and fee payment.
Follow up with prospective leads (cold/warm) to maximize conversions and meet monthly enrollment targets.
Academic Support
Coordinate with the academic team to schedule demo classes, level tests, and batch allocations.
Address student queries regarding curriculum, teaching methodology, study materials, and assessments.
Relationship Management
Maintain a database of leads, enquiries, and enrolled students using CRM tools.
Provide post-enrollment support (class schedule changes, feedback collection, re-scheduling, etc.) to ensure student satisfaction and retention.
Outreach & Events
Assist in organising open house sessions, webinars, and language proficiency workshops.
Represent the academy at education fairs or school/college outreach programs (if required).
Reporting
Share daily/weekly reports on enquiries status, conversion rates, and revenue generated with the reporting manager.
