Hiring: Academic Counselor

We are looking for enthusiastic candidates with good English and Hindi communication skills for the role of Academic Counselor for PG & UG courses.

Location: MG Road, Bangalore
Salary: ₹32,000 – ₹35,000 In-hand + Incentives
Experience: 1–2 Years
Qualification: Graduate

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students regarding PG & UG courses and career opportunities
Handle inbound and outbound calls
Generate and follow up on leads
Explain course details and admission procedures
Maintain student relationships and ensure timely follow-ups
Achieve admission targets

Requirements:

Fluent in English and Hindi
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused approach
Ability to achieve targets
Any sales background will be considered
Experience in counseling, telesales, or inside sales is preferred
Cold calling experience is an added advantage
