Key Responsibilities

Student Engagement & Counseling

Connect with prospective students via calls, emails, and chats
Understand student needs, career aspirations, and challenges
Provide accurate information about courses, curriculum, and outcomes
Recommend the best-fit programs

Admissions & Conversion

Convert leads into enrollments through effective counseling
Follow up with interested candidates regularly
Handle objections and provide solutions to close admissions

Relationship Management

CRM & Reporting
