Academic Counsellor

We are looking for a dedicated Academic Counselor to assist students in choosing the right courses and career paths. The role involves guiding students through academic planning, counseling them on admissions, and ensuring they receive the support needed to achieve their educational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents regarding academic programs, career options, and admissions.

• Guide students in selecting courses aligned with their career aspirations.

• Handle walk-ins, telephonic, and online inquiries efficiently.

• Maintain regular follow-up with leads and ensure timely conversions.

• Organize orientation sessions, workshops, and awareness programs.

• Assist in achieving monthly/quarterly admission targets.

• Collaborate with academic teams to ensure student satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and admissions.

• Stay informed about educational trends and competitive offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Management, or related field.

• 0–3 years of experience in counseling, admissions, or customer support (freshers with good communication skills may also apply).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Goal-oriented, proactive, and empathetic in student interactions.

• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 0 - 4 years of experience.
