The Academic Counsellor will guide students in making informed decisions about their education, career paths, and skill development. This is an entry-level role suitable for fresh graduates or professionals with up to 6 months of experience.
Key Responsibilities
Student Guidance: Counsel students on academic programs, career options, and skill-building opportunities.
Information Sharing: Provide details about courses, admission processes, and institutional policies.
Communication: Conduct one-on-one sessions, group workshops, and orientation programs.
Tracking Progress: Maintain student records, monitor performance, and provide feedback.
Collaboration: Work with faculty, parents, and administrative staff to support student success.
Awareness Building: Help students understand industry trends and future opportunities.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree (Education, Psychology, Management, or related field preferred)
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of counselling/academic support experience
