Job Description

Convert leads, build client relationship and sell products/services
Give a brief about the product, features and benefits to the customers

Act as the first point of contact for walk-in and online inquiries, effectively presenting our training programs and career development offerings. Understand the unique needs of each prospective student and provide customized counselling to help them choose the right course. Proactively follow up with leads generated through digital marketing, referrals, tele-calling, events, and social media to ensure timely conversions. Consistently meet and exceed monthly admission targets through structured and strategic follow-up. Maintain a detailed database of leads, follow-ups, admissions, and feedback using CRM tools or internal systems. Build strong relationships with students and create a positive enrolment experience through professionalism and trust. Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to stay aligned with course updates, certifications, promotions, and placement assistance strategies. Contribute to the planning and execution of seminars, webinars, career talks, and campus visits for outreach and brand visibility.
