Academic Counsellor

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide career counselling and guidance to students aspiring to study abroad (UG/PG programs).

• Explain course options, universities, admission procedures, eligibility criteria, and visa processes for destinations like the UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, USA, and Europe.

• Evaluate student profiles and suggest suitable programs and universities.

• Maintain knowledge of latest admission requirements, scholarships, intakes, and international education trends.

• Maintain regular communication with students via calls, emails, or in-person meetings.

• Assist students in application submission, SOP guidance, documentation, and follow-ups.

• Conduct seminars/webinars, student interviews, and education fairs when needed.

• Maintain CRM/data records and regularly update the status of student applications.

• Coordinate with university representatives and admission teams
