Lakmé Academy is looking for a Telecaller cum Counsellor who can handle sales, student counselling, and admissions.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound & outbound calls for student enquiries.

Counsel prospective students about courses and career opportunities.

Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions.

Achieve sales/admission targets.

Maintain records of enquiries and follow-ups.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and convincing skills.

Pleasant personality with a customer-focused approach.

Prior experience in counselling/telecalling/sales is preferred.

Ability to handle targets and work in a team.
