Job Description

Lead and supervise the admission counselling team
Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, eligibility, fees, and career prospects
Manage the complete admission lifecycle from inquiry to enrollment
Achieve and exceed monthly and annual admission targets
Monitor daily inquiries from walk-ins, calls, emails, and digital platforms
Coordinate with academic, finance, and marketing departments
Train, mentor, and evaluate junior admission counsellors
Maintain accurate student records and MIS reports
Participate in admission campaigns, education fairs, school visits, and outreach programs
Handle escalated student and parent queries professionally
Ensure compliance with institutional policies and regulatory guidelines
Analyze admission data and suggest process improvements
