Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with prospective students and parents to provide counselling on academic programs, admission procedures, and career opportunities.

• Guide students in choosing the right courses and universities based on their profile, preferences, and career goals.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-ins to convert enquiries into admissions.

• Assist students in completing application forms, documentation, and admission-related processes.

• Achieve monthly counselling and admission targets by maintaining strong student engagement.

• Build and maintain a positive relationship with students, parents, and institutional partners.

• Prepare reports, track student progress, and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
