Key Responsibilities
-Communicate effectively with parents and handle queries
-Counsel parents and explain courses clearly
-Send individual WhatsApp updates for fee submissions & reminders
-Circulate timings, workshop info, and announcements via WhatsApp groups
-Ensure smooth fee collection and maintain accurate records
-Cross-sell courses by identifying a child’s interest and potential
-Handle walk-ins, enquiries, and lead follow-ups
-Coordinate with internal teams for batches and schedules
Required Skills
-Strong English communication (verbal + written)
-Parent counselling & people-handling skills
-Confident follow-ups (no awkward energy)
-Basic Excel / Google Sheets
-Comfortable with WhatsApp Business
-Organised, presentable, and emotionally smart
Experience & Education
-Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
-Total work experience: 1 year+ (Preferred)
-Counselling / Front desk / BDM experience: 1 year+ (Preferred)
