Job Summary:

We are looking for a warm, approachable, and well-organized Admission Counselor for our preschool. The role involves counseling and guiding prospective parents, explaining our curriculum and facilities, handling admission inquiries, managing admission formalities, and maintaining enrollment records.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle admission inquiries via phone, walk-ins, and online platforms.

Provide detailed counseling to parents about the school’s programs, facilities, policies, and fee structures.

Maintain a database of inquiries and follow up regularly to convert leads into admissions.

Coordinate with the academic and admin team for smooth admission processes.

Schedule and conduct school tours for prospective parents.

Prepare and maintain admission-related records and reports.

Assist in organizing school events, parent orientations, and promotional activities.

Build positive relationships with parents and address their queries or concerns promptly.

Meet admission targets as set by school management.

Key Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline (preferred: education, marketing, psychology).

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in counseling, preferably in the education sector.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

Warm, friendly, and child-friendly personality.

Good organizational and multitasking skills.

Proficient in MS Office and basic record-keeping.
