Job Overview
We are looking for an Academic Counsellor to join our growing team at 4Achievers LLP. The role focuses on acquiring and counselling candidates for software and IT courses, driving admissions, and achieving monthly sales targets.
⚠️ Only candidates with prior EdTech / IT course sales experience should apply. Applications from other domains will not be considered, to save time for both parties.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, connect, and engage with prospective students through leads, calls, walk-ins, and digital channels
Counsel candidates on IT and software courses such as Java, Python, Data Science, Data Analytics, DevOps, Data Engineering, etc.
Understand candidate requirements and recommend suitable training programs
Pitch course offerings confidently and handle objections to ensure high conversion
Achieve monthly admissions and revenue targets
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and support
Qualification: Graduate in any stream
Experience: 0.5 to 3 years of relevant experience in EdTech / IT course sales or counselling
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent convincing and negotiation abilities
Customer-centric mindset with a target-driven approach
Good computer knowledge and CRM handling experience (preferred)Compensation & Benefits
In-hand Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month
(Based on last drawn salary, experience, and interview performance)
