 Handle calls, emails, and walk-in queries professionally
 Maintain student records and provide excellent customer service
Support marketing and promotional activities when required

Requirements:
 Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
 Experience in student counseling or customer service preferred
 Knowledge of study abroad processes is a plus
