Job Description

Primary & Secondary Sales: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual volume targets for the entire oil and ghee portfolio.

Market Expansion: Increase "Numeric Distribution" (reach in more shops) and "Weighted Distribution" (reach in high-volume shops) across General Trade (GT) and Kirana stores.

Price Monitoring: Constantly monitor competitor pricing and schemes, as the oil market is highly sensitive to daily commodity price fluctuations.

Visibility & Merchandising: Ensure the product is displayed prominently (eye-level) and utilize Point-of-Sale (POS) materials effectively to drive impulse purchases.

Negotiation: Proven ability to handle tough negotiations with wholesalers and Retailors.

Range Selling: Ensuring the full product line (e.g., Mustard Oil, Soyabean Oil, Cow Ghee) is present in every outlet.

Active Outlets: Number of new outlets opened and billed within the month.
