Job Description

Key Responsibilities / Duties

✔️ Greet customers warmly and courteously as they enter the shop.
✔️ Provide information about sweets, namkeens, gift packs, and seasonal offerings.
✔️ Help customers choose products based on their needs and suggest popular items.
✔️ Operate the billing system (POS) or manual billing and handle cash/card/UPI transactions accurately.
✔️ Handle customer questions, feedback, and complaints in a professional way.
✔️ Ensure products are displayed attractively on counters and shelves.
✔️ Assist with stock checks, restocking, and rotation of products.
✔️ Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized sales counter and shop area.
✔️ Work toward achieving daily / monthly sales targets.
✔️ Follow store policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
