The Paul’s Biryani is a growing food brand rooted in authentic Hyderabadi flavours, known for its commitment to quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction. With a loyal customer base and a strong presence in Sonipat, we’re seeking a dependable and proactive Supervisor to manage operations at our Rodeo Mall outlet.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outlet Operations:
  Oversee daily functioning of the outlet, from kitchen coordination to front-end management.

• Team Supervision:
  Manage and coordinate with chefs, kitchen staff, and labourers to maintain efficiency and cleanliness standards.

• Vendor Management:
  Handle day-to-day interactions with raw material vendors and ensure timely and quality supplies.

• Customer Handling:
  Interact with walk-in customers, handle feedback or complaints, and maintain a smooth dining experience.

• Delivery Partner Coordination:
  Manage Zomato and Swiggy orders, ensure timely dispatch, and maintain regular communication with delivery riders.

• Daily Reporting:
  Maintain basic records for sales, staff attendance, vendor deliveries, and inventory usage. Communicate updates to the management team.

Requirements:

• Experience in a food outlet or kitchen supervision is preferred.

• Strong communication and team management skills.

• Familiarity with delivery platforms like Zomato and Swiggy.

• Full-time availability and on-site presence at Rodeo Mall.

• Organized, responsible, and solution-oriented.

प्रमुख जिम्मेदारियाँ:

• दैनिक संचालन का प्रबंधन:
  आउटलेट के संपूर्ण संचालन की निगरानी करना, जिसमें किचन, स्टाफ और ग्राहक सेवा शामिल है।

• स्टाफ का समन्वय:
  रसोइयों, सहायकों और अन्य कर्मचारियों के साथ मिलकर काम करना और टीम की कार्यक्षमता तथा अनुशासन सुनिश्चित करना।

• विक्रेताओं से समन्वय:
  रोजाना आवश्यक कच्चे माल की आपूर्ति के लिए विक्रेताओं से संपर्क बनाए रखना और गुणवत्ता की जांच करना।

• ग्राहकों से संवाद:
  काउंटर पर आने वाले ग्राहकों से विनम्रता से बातचीत करना, उनकी समस्याओं को हल करना और एक अच्छा अनुभव सुनिश्चित करना।

• डिलीवरी पार्टनर का प्रबंधन:
  Zomato और Swiggy से जुड़े ऑर्डर्स को संभालना, डिलीवरी बॉयज़ से समन्वय करना और ऑर्डर्स समय पर निकलवाना।

• रोज़ाना की रिपोर्टिंग:
  बिक्री, उपस्थिति, स्टॉक और डिलीवरी से जुड़ी जानकारी को रिकॉर्ड करना और प्रबंधन को रिपोर्ट देना।
  

आवश्यक योग्यताएं:

• किसी फूड आउटलेट या किचन में संचालन या पर्यवेक्षण का अनुभव

• टीम प्रबंधन एवं संवाद करने की अच्छी क्षमता

• Zomato और Swiggy जैसे प्लेटफ़ॉर्म की समझ होना

• पूर्णकालिक रूप से स्थल पर कार्य करने की तत्परता

• जिम्मेदार, समयनिष्ठ और समस्याओं को सुलझाने वाला दृष्टिकोण
