Store Supervisor

Position: Store Supervisor Type: Full-time (10-11 hours daily) Reporting to: Area Manager / Franchise Owner Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily store operations and handle all customer interactions.- Operate billing software (POS), scan barcodes, and process QR/UPI/cash payments.- Track daily stock-in/out and coordinate with inventory supplier.- Handle basic complaints, refunds, and escalate issues.- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the store.- Ensure product display and offers are updated. Skills Required:- 2+ years in retail/Kirana/supermarket management.- Familiar with digital billing systems and barcode scanners.- Customer-first attitude and basic Excel knowledge.- Ability to supervise support staff. Salary Range: Rs.12,000 - Rs.15,000/month
