The primary responsibility includes managing the plumbing staff, maintaining accurate stock records, and ensuring smooth inward/outward data entry for all plumbing materials.Key Responsibilities:1. Team Coordination & Deployment:Assign daily tasks and work sites to the plumbers.Monitor the attendance and punctuality of the field staff.Act as a point of contact between the management and the plumbing team.2. Inventory & Stock Management:Conduct regular physical audits of the stock (pipes, fittings, tools, fixtures).Monitor stock levels and raise purchase requests before items run out.Ensure the store is organized and materials are stored safely to prevent damage.3. Data Entry & Documentation:Maintain accurate records of all incoming (Inward) and outgoing (Outward) materials.Update sales data, site consumption reports, and delivery challans.Basic bookkeeping and filing of invoices/bills.4. Quality Control:Inspect materials received from suppliers for any defects or quantity mismatches.Ensure that the right tools and materials are issued to plumbers for specific jobs.Qualifications & Skills:Education: High School Diploma / Graduate (Any stream).Experience: 1–2 years of experience in store-keeping, warehouse management, or the hardware/construction industry.Technical Skills: * Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Computer Data Entry.Familiarity with plumbing materials (PVC, CPVC, GI fittings, etc.) is highly preferred.Soft Skills: * Strong leadership and people management skills.Basic mathematical and accounting skills.Good communication in Hindi and English.
