Position Summary
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Store Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations of our Company-Owned Company-Operated (COCO) Store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service, managing inventory, supervising store staff, and maintaining high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise the day-to-day operations of the store.
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer queries promptly.
Monitor daily sales performance and work towards achieving store sales targets.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely stock replenishment.
Conduct regular stock counts and minimize inventory discrepancies.
Oversee product receiving, storage, and display while ensuring product freshness and quality.
Supervise billing, cash handling, POS transactions, and daily cash reconciliation.
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and compliant with company hygiene and food safety standards.
Coordinate with the warehouse and supply chain team for timely stock availability.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory reports.
Train, guide, and motivate store staff to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, operational policies, and safety guidelines.
Handle store opening and closing activities.
