Retail Sales Store Supervisor

Position Summary

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Store Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations of our Company-Owned Company-Operated (COCO) Store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service, managing inventory, supervising store staff, and maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the store.

• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer queries promptly.

• Monitor daily sales performance and work towards achieving store sales targets.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely stock replenishment.

• Conduct regular stock counts and minimize inventory discrepancies.

• Oversee product receiving, storage, and display while ensuring product freshness and quality.

• Supervise billing, cash handling, POS transactions, and daily cash reconciliation.

• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and compliant with company hygiene and food safety standards.

• Coordinate with the warehouse and supply chain team for timely stock availability.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory reports.

• Train, guide, and motivate store staff to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.

• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, operational policies, and safety guidelines.

• Handle store opening and closing activities.
