Job Summary
The Store Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily store and warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, proper storage of materials, and accurate documentation of stock movement. The role involves supervising store staff, maintaining stock records, and coordinating with procurement, production, and logistics teams.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily store and warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and issuing materials.
Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
Ensure proper material handling, storage, and safety practices.
Monitor GRN (Goods Receipt Note), material issue, and stock transfers.
Conduct regular stock audits and physical inventory checks.
Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics departments for material availability.
Ensure FIFO / LIFO inventory methods are followed where applicable.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
Supervise and train store staff to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
